FIDUCIARY CM / MY ALTS DATA CLIENT PORTAL TRAINING For Accredited Investors Captioned video edition: no spoken audio. SLIDE 1 Welcome to the My Alts Data Client Portal. In the next few minutes, we will sign in, add a private investment, check the information you entered, and create a free Basic Snapshot. We will also show where to ask Fiduciary CM to contact you if you want help. The screens in this training are illustrations, so labels may shift slightly as the portal is updated. SLIDE 2 Private investments can be held across different sponsors, structures, and accounts. The free Client Portal helps accredited investors list those holdings in one household inventory, record the values and dates they have been given, and save a Basic Snapshot. Seeing the information together can help you identify missing details and ask better questions when making decisions. It does not verify holdings or determine whether an investment is suitable. Always consult source records and qualified professionals before acting. SLIDE 3 A practical reason to maintain this inventory is estate organization. An older private investment can be easy to overlook if the paperwork is spread across years of files and emails. An updated Basic Snapshot can help an executor, trustee, or other authorized representative identify investments to investigate, if you choose to share it securely. The portal does not grant them access automatically and does not replace statements, ownership documents, beneficiary records, or estate instructions. The reported values are not independently verified. Keep the snapshot current and decide with your advisers where it belongs in your records. SLIDE 4 Open the Client Portal and enter your email address. Select Send Verification Code, then enter the six-digit code from the Client Portal email. A new client account and private household are created after verification. You should arrive at the Client Dashboard. Never share your password or verification code. SLIDE 5 For a practice run, use an empty Client household. Find Try a Fictional Sample and select Load Five Demo Positions. Five fictional investments appear, totaling four hundred fifty thousand dollars. Review them and save a Basic Snapshot. When finished, select Clear All Five Demo Positions. This removes your demo entries only. Demo positions are view only and are removed together. You can edit or archive your own submitted positions separately and create your own report. SLIDE 6 The Client Dashboard offers two ways to add your private investments. For a single position, open Add an Investment Manually. Enter the investment or asset name and select the investment type. Add the reported value, valuation date, and source when you have them. The system accepts your entry without advisor preapproval. For several positions, you can instead use the PIIF spreadsheet described next. This is information supplied by you, and in some cases by an advisor, and is not a verified valuation. SLIDE 7 Enter the investment name and select its type. Those two fields are required. Add the sponsor, ownership structure, and account registration so you can identify who owns the position. Record the reported value alongside its date and source. Include the original investment and acquisition date when available. The form also provides fields for liquidity, expected duration or exit, distribution rate, debt, loan to value, and status. Use documented information. A projected distribution is not a promise, and a reported value may differ from what you could receive on a sale. For tax eligibility fields, use Not Determined when you have not confirmed the answer with a qualified professional. Confirm the disclosure and select Add Investment. SLIDE 8 The manual entry form includes Issuer, Records, and Placement Contacts. Add the issuer or fund name, contact person, phone, email, website, and mailing address. Record the representative who placed the investment and the location of the asset or its records. This can help an executor or other authorized representative locate older investments. The broader reporting system also has trusted contact and beneficiary sections, but the current client manual entry form does not provide household contact or beneficiary editing. If those sections are missing or incorrect, contact FCM about updating them. Do not assume an investment spreadsheet upload updates them. Listing a trusted contact does not give that person portal access, ownership, or authority. Keep beneficiary designations and estate documents current with the appropriate institutions. SLIDE 9 To use the spreadsheet route, download the PIIF template from the portal. Fill in one investment per row, including an investment name and type, and save it as an Excel XLSX workbook. Back in the dashboard, open Upload Private Investment Intake Form and choose your completed file. Confirm the disclosure and upload. The system may skip incomplete or duplicate rows, so read the upload message and inspect the resulting positions. This spreadsheet is the intake form. The portal does not require supporting documents or read source files to verify what you entered. SLIDE 10 After a manual entry or PIIF upload, review My Reported Positions. Check the investment name, value, valuation date, and reported source. If you find an error in a position you submitted, use its edit control. You can archive a position you no longer want listed. Client entries remain labeled Client Submitted, Not Independently Verified. The portal records what you supplied but does not authenticate sponsor statements or independently validate values. SLIDE 11 Once your household has a position, the dashboard shows the Basic Snapshot. It summarizes information entered for your household and labels the results as client-generated and not independently verified. Select Print or Save Basic Snapshot as PDF to use your browser print dialog and save a copy. You do not need an advisor to create this report. It does not contain advisor commentary or a formal compliance approval. Please review all displayed figures before using or sharing your PDF. SLIDE 12 If the Optional: Request FCM Advice section is available, describe what you would like help with and select Ask FCM to Contact Me. Your request goes to the approved FCM contact. If the form is unavailable, contact FCM directly. There is no obligation to engage an advisor by asking for contact, and you may withdraw the request at any time. Any advisory engagement requires a separate agreement. Your free Basic Snapshot remains available without this request. SLIDE 13 The free Basic Snapshot organizes the information supplied for your household. It does not contain advisor commentary and does not independently verify your holdings or values. An Advanced report may include advisor commentary under a separate advisory arrangement and applicable access and review requirements. The Client Portal does not promise access to that report simply because you register. Requesting contact is optional and does not by itself create an advisory engagement. You may withdraw your contact request at any time. Private investments may be illiquid and difficult to value, and you can lose money. FCM does not take custody or control of the investments through this reporting service. Keep original records and read the disclosures with your report. SLIDE 14 For a safe practice run, start with a new, empty Client account. On the dashboard, select Load Five Demo Positions. These five fictional entries create the illustrated Basic Snapshot shown here, totaling four hundred fifty thousand dollars in fictional reported values. Inspect each entry and then select Print or Save Basic Snapshot as PDF. The report is marked demo and not independently verified. When you are finished, select Clear All Five Demo Positions. That removes only the sample positions and leaves client-supplied entries untouched. Sample loading appears only for an empty household. SLIDE 15 This is a readable overview of our fictional Basic Snapshot. The household is My Private Investments. Five example positions have a total reported value of four hundred fifty thousand dollars. The table lists each investment and its reported value. These figures are training examples only. They do not represent real investments, verified valuations, or recommended allocations. The Basic Snapshot organizes the data supplied for the household and does not contain advisor commentary. On the webpage, select Click here to enlarge to open the complete sample PDF. A video image itself is not clickable. SLIDE 16 Here is one position from the sample, enlarged so the fields are easy to read. Cedar Grove Apartment Fund is an apartment investment associated with Fictional Cedar Sponsor. Its fictional reported value is one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars, with a sample date of September first, twenty twenty-six. The value source clearly states that this is a fictional sample and not an actual valuation. For your own records, enter the real source and date associated with the reported value. That helps you and an authorized representative know where to follow up. Keep the original sponsor statements and ownership records. SLIDE 17 When you have finished, sign out of the Client Dashboard. Bookmark fiduciarycm.com/fcm_investor_portal/ so you can return to add another position, correct an entry, or save a new Basic Snapshot. From MyAltsData.com, select the Client Portal link to open this secure Fiduciary CM page, then register or sign in using your email and verification code. Use your own account and keep your verification code private. Thank you for using the portal.
