Who We Are

A more thoughtful and transparent advisory experience.

Fiduciary Capital Management LLC, also known as Fiduciary CM® or FCM, was founded on the principle that investment advice should be objective, disciplined and aligned with the client’s financial interests.

The firm was created by experienced advisory professionals who believed clients deserved a long-term relationship grounded in fiduciary responsibility, prudent decision-making, personal communication and professional accountability.

We combine institutional-level investment discipline with personalized advisory service to help clients navigate financial complexity with greater clarity and confidence.

Our Foundation

Built on principles intended to endure.

Markets, regulations and personal circumstances change. The principles guiding a responsible advisory relationship should remain consistent.

01

Objectivity

Recommendations begin with the client’s goals, financial circumstances, risk tolerance, time horizon and liquidity needs.

02

Discipline

Financial and investment decisions are evaluated through a structured process rather than being driven solely by headlines or emotion.

03

Transparency

Clients should understand the recommendations being made, associated risks, material costs and available alternatives.

04

Partnership

We seek to develop long-term relationships that evolve as each client’s priorities, family and financial circumstances change.

Our Fiduciary Standard

Fiduciary responsibility is the foundation of the relationship.

When acting as an investment adviser, Fiduciary CM® is required to act in the client’s best interest and not place the firm’s interests ahead of the client’s interests.

What guides our advice

Recommendations are developed within the context of the client’s individual financial situation and the scope of the advisory engagement.

  • Client objectives and financial circumstances
  • Risk tolerance and investment time horizon
  • Liquidity and anticipated distribution needs
  • Portfolio restrictions and personal preferences
  • Costs, risks, conflicts and reasonable alternatives

What clients should expect

The advisory relationship should provide enough information for clients to understand the recommendations and make informed financial decisions.

  • Clear descriptions of advisory services
  • Disclosure of material fees and conflicts
  • Ongoing communication and account review
  • Thoughtful portfolio and planning oversight
  • Adjustments as circumstances and objectives evolve
Investment Philosophy

Markets change. Disciplined principles endure.

Our advisory approach emphasizes thoughtful diversification, risk awareness, strategic financial planning and informed decision-making.

Rather than allowing short-term headlines to determine the financial strategy, we seek to keep portfolio decisions connected to each client’s goals, time horizon and ability to accept risk.

Thoughtful Diversification

A defined process can help reduce decisions driven primarily by fear, overconfidence or short-term performance.

Portfolio decisions are coordinated with cash-flow, retirement, tax, insurance and estate-planning considerations.

Ongoing Review

The strategy is monitored as markets, investments and the client’s circumstances change.

A repeatable framework for making financial decisions.

The exact process varies by engagement, but each relationship begins with understanding the client before recommending a strategy.
